Ed
Golden has been growing orchids and other exotic plants in Florida for
more than 25 years. He is a past president of the Sarasota Orchid Society. He taught orchid and tropical plant classes at Marie Selby Botanical Gardens for over 15 years, which created a demand several years ago for the videos offered here. Ed lectures to plant societies and garden clubs, and runs tours for these organizations to visit botanical sites. He is on the national speakers list of the Garden Club of America. |

if his schedule weren't busy enough,
he also participates in tropical plant
symposiums and does private consulting as a specialist in tropical and
Japanese gardening. Publishing houses seek him out to preview tropical plant books..which he manages to do in his "spare time". His own tropical garden at his home has been the subject of many newspaper and magazine articles. Yes, if anyone can teach even the "brownest thumb" to grow orchids, it is Ed Golden. |
